此尊末那合作版蔣家班造「水月觀音立像」以“水”之元素立意，莊嚴靜美，左手施無畏印，右手拈花，發辯恍若飄於水中。

其容貌端莊如滿月、眉似月牙，神情刻畫細膩傳神，仿佛在冥想，又似在聆聽，慈悲中隱含著沉靜與自在。身姿容貌均衡、放鬆。造像著右肩固定式袈裟，身後錦帛清逸飄飛，衣紋線條疏密關係精緻，散發著無拘無束、自在悠樂的氣息。

The Avalokitesvara in collaboration with Mana is based on the element of water, absorbing from the watery image the sense of majesty and peace. Avalokitesvara has his left hand in abhaya mudra and the right one in the flower-picking gesture, hair afloat as if in the water.

Countenance dignified as a full moon, Avalokitesvara has arched eyebrows resembling the crescents. With the expression delicately and vividly portrayed, he seems to have lost in meditation or be listening attentively. Beneath his compassion lies the composure and ease. Overall Avalokitesvara has a balanced and relaxed posture and appearance. Wearing a left-shoulder-exposed kasaya of exquisite line patterns and elegant silky brocade fluttering behind, the sculpture emanates an atmosphere of transcendence and leisure, the lightness of being.
